Is your software free of charge?

We provide the basic set of features free of charge with no time limitation and no advertising while the advanced features are available in our Pro Edition at very affordable rates.

Why should I always use the "Direct Download Link" and avoid the installers of software download sites?

Some software download sites provide their own installers. These installers wrap our sofware installation with their own installation routines and we have no control as to what other software may be installed together with our software. As such, we strongly recommend that you install our software by downloading directly from our website.

If you choose to download our software from any software download sites, please look out for any direct download link and use the direct download link to download our software. It is better to avoid using any installers and wrappers offered by software download sites.

Installation

Should I install your 32-bit or 64-bit software?

You can only install our 32-bit software if you are using 32-bit Windows.

If you are using 64-bit Windows, you can use either our 32-bit or 64-bit software.

How can I tell if my computer is running 32-bit or 64-bit Windows?

You can right-click on "My Computer" and select "Properties". You are running 64-bit Windows if "x64" or "64-bit" is shown under "System".

How do I know if Java is installed in my computer?

You may visit www.java.com to check if Java is installed in your computer as well as the Java version installed. If Java is not installed, you can download and install the latest version for free.

If you intend to use our 64-bit software, you will need to install the 64-bit Java. We strongly recommend that you download and install the 64-bit Java manually here. This is because most browsers are 32-bit even if you are using 64-bit Windows, and as such, the Java detection at java.com may prompt you to download and install the 32-bit Java instead.

Why do I encounter the "main startup class could not be found" error?

The above error is encountered if Java is not installed or if you have an old version of Java installed. Our software requires Java version 1.7 and above.

You may visit www.java.com to check if Java is installed in your computer as well as the Java version installed. If Java is not installed, you can download and install the latest version for free.

How do I verify that I have 64-bit Java installed?

Go to your Control Panel - Programs and look for "Java(TM)" under the list of programs installed. You should see "(64-bit)" if you have 64-bit Java installed.

How do I prevent and resolve the "Java Runtime Environment not found" error?

If you are using our 32-bit lottery software, you have probably installed the 64-bit Java version. Please visit http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp to further download and install the 32-bit Java version. You do not need to uninstall the 64-bit JRE.

If you are using our 64-bit lottery software and have already installed the 64-bit Java version, this is probably due to a bug in the 64-bit JRE installation whereby a Windows registry key value is pointing to the wrong directory.

Please check to see if the Windows registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment\<JRE version>\RuntimeLib" is pointing to the file "jvm.dll" in the directory "C:\Program Files\Java\<JRE version>\bin\client".

Next, please check to see if the actual directory created by the JRE installation is "C:\Program Files\Java\<JRE version>\bin\server".

If so, you will need to manually edit the above Windows registry key using regedit and change the directory from "client" to "server". Please also update for all the JRE versions shown in your Windows registry. After updating the Windows registry, please remember to reboot your computer.

Usage

Where can I find your user guide for magayo World Time Weather?

Our user guide can be found in the Program Folder. You can click Start - All Progams - magayo World Time Weather - User Guide.

Why am I not able to open the user guide?

A PDF reader is required to view our user guide. You may download and install Adobe Reader from www.adobe.com for free.

Why is there no synchronization with Internet time in magayo World Time Weather?

Synchronization with Internet time is already implemented in all Microsoft Windows versions since Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Hence, you do not require an additional software to synchronize your system clock.

Why does magayo World Time Weather shows "Weather not updated"?

If you are not connected to the Internet, magayo World Time Weather will not be able to automatically update the weather. When the weather is not updated, the message "Weather not updated" will be shown.

If you are using a proxy server to connect to the Internet, please specify your proxy server in the Options function. If you are using a firewall, please configure your firewall to allow magayo World Time Weather to access the Internet.

If you are in your office and have difficulties connecting to our web server from magayo World Time Weather, please check with your network administrator.

Pro Edition

Is it safe to purchase the Pro Edition online?

Yes, it is very safe and secure. FastSpring is an industry leader in providing e-commerce processing services.

How can I purchase online if I do not have a credit card?

You can select to pay using PayPal or you can also select the bank transfer option in the order page.

Alternatively, you can approach a family member or a friend who has a credit card to purchase online on your behalf.

After purchasing, your family member or friend needs to inform us that the purchase is on your behalf, as well as to let us know your email address. We will update our customer database with your email address and the license code can then be issued to your email address.

When will I receive the license code after purchasing the Pro Edition?

The license code is issued to the email address specified in the order.

If you have previously installed and registered our software, and if you have entered the same email address in the order as in our sofware registration, you should receive the license code shortly after your order is successfully processed.

If you have previously installed and registered our software, but you have used a different email address from the order, please re-install our software and register again using the same email address as in the order.

If you have still not installed and registered our software, please do so and the license code can then be issued. Please remember to use the same email address as in the order when you register our software.

If you still did not receive the license code, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you would like us to issue the license code to a different email address, please inform us but your email must be sent using the email address in the order.

Can I re-install the Pro Edition again?

You can re-install the Pro Edition anytime you like. However, before installing our software again, please login to our Client Area to deactivate the existing Pro license that has been issued to you.

After deactivating the Pro license, you can simply proceed to install and register our software and a new license code will be issued.

If you have re-installed our software first before deactivating the license code, you will need to re-install one more time AFTER deactivating your previous license code.
